We provide heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality solutions and electrical services including repairs, annual maintenance and equipment installations for residential and small commercial applications. Geothermal heaters are a rather unique offering. What else helps to set you apart from the local competition?
Ongoing education is pertinent in this industry since the equipment technology advances so rapidly, so we dedicate a lot of time to training our technicians to set them up for success. Many competitors place profit before prideful workmanship — a lack of integrity that has created general homeowner distrust in contractors. Seeing poor workmanship from other contractors leads us to rebuild faith for the client that ethical contractors do exist.
Good point. Do customers ever contact you to tell you how your workmanship has made a difference?
A great day is when I receive a call from a happy client who is warm in the winter, or cool in the summer, or living with the convenience of power when their generator powered up during our many harsh coastal storms causing wide outages. Also, when a client recommends us to their friends and family, it makes me beam with pride that our team is trusted in their home.
